This residential development features two buildings housing 31 apartments, combining modern design with traditional brick material and expansive glazing. The use of large windows in stairwells maximises natural light, encouraging stair use and enhancing energy efficiency. Located within walking distance of a town center and the train station offering direct access to Dublin, the project balances aesthetic appeal with sustainability and urban connectivity. This project was designed for JLCE.
